Welcome to join Nordic Baltic Coaching Award Ceremony at 15 September 3 PM (EEST) / 12 PM GMT
We are delighted to invite you to the online celebration!
This new Coaching Award celebrates excellence in organizational coaching across the Nordic-Baltic region. It highlights professional coaches and the positive impact of coaching on organizations in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden.
In this online celebration, you will e.g. hear opening remarks from the Nordic-Baltic Coaching Award Committee Chair, Lella Erludóttir, Last Years Winner’s experience shared, Nordic Baltic Award Judges will open the criteria for the award, The Nominees will be presented, and Award Winners will be celebrated!
You are welcome to witness the announcement of the Nordic-Baltic Coaching Award 2026 winner and hear their story. This event can also inspire you to apply next year. This is an open invitation to all ICF Chapter Members and organisations interested in coaching. This is a unique opportunity to come together, celebrate, and be inspired by coaching.

Who Can Apply?

Coaches: ICF Nordic-Baltic Chapter Members with credentials (ACC, PCC, or MCC) in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania or Sweden

Organizations: Any organization based in the mentioned Chapter areas, regardless of size, including subsidiaries of global companies (the coaching program needs to be implemented in the region).
Note: Coaches and companies outside the region are not eligible for this award, as Global and other local Coaching Awards are available.
