In this session Trausti Björgvinsson will lead an interview session where Sam Isaacson (coach and AI coach developer) helps us get more familiar with some of the opportunities and challenges that arise with emerging AI based coaches.  

Content includes:

-Human vs. AI coaches - advantages and disadvantages

-Understand real-life possibilities for AI in coaching

-Identify opportunities for human-AI co-existence

-Realtime showcase on an AI based coachbot

This online session is suitable for coaches, managers, HR specialists at all levels as well as people who are curious of learning more about the applicability of AI coachbots. Join us for some inspiration on the topic. 

Sam Isaacson is an enthusiastic coach and award-winning thought leader in the coaching profession. Sam is the founder of the Coachtec Collective, a global community of fantastic coaches grappling with the cutting-edge of technology. He's co-founder of AIcoach.chat, an AI-enabled tool providing non-directive coaching to those who wouldn't have access without it and co-hosts The Future of Coaching podcasts with Nina Salomons. Before becoming a coach Sam worked with big consulting firms in technology and governance risk advisory and assurance. He led the creation of Grant Thornton’s award-winning coaching services practice, establishing England’s biggest coaching qualification and building the UK’s biggest provider of employed coaches along the way. He then led CoachHub's global consulting work before starting his own business. He’s the first person in the world to have delivered executive coaching in virtual reality.
